Senior HR Staff
Description
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in any business related course
- At least 5 years of experience in office administration, general services, or a similar support role
- Background in handling employee travel processing, work permits or liaison related work is preferred
- Experience in coordinating company events, health and safety programs, or facility-related services is an advantage
- Strong understanding of local labor standards and compliance requirements especially to DOLE Safety and Health reportorial requirements
- Experience in handling administrative support for expatriates or officers
- Experience in basic health monitoring processes (in coordination with a Company Nurse)
- Knowledgeable in housing/ accommodation coordination and vendor management
- Knowledge in company vehicle/ driver scheduling and monitoring is an advantage
- Familiarity in canteen or facility operations is an advantage
OTHER COMPETENCIES:
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft OfficesÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Systematic/ organized, attentive to detail, able to prioritize and handle multiple activities with competing deadlines
- Adept at problem-solving including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Confident and able to think decision thoroughly even under pressure
