Accountant

As an accountant, you are responsible for the proper recording, documentation, and monitoring of all financially relevant business transactions of the German branch offices.

Your Job Duties and Responsibilities

ü         Timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with national legislation and internal company guidelines

ü         Preparation of reports and evaluations for superordinate bodies in Germany and Hungary

ü         Reconciliation of accounts

ü         Fleet management

ü         Payment transactions

ü         Monitoring of cost applications and target/actual variance analyses

ü         Fixed assets

ü         Active accruals and deferrals

ü         Communication and cooperation with external consultants

ü         Adherence to and review of compliance with tax law and internal company guidelines and directives

ü         Trade tax and corporate income tax, tax audits

Your Experience and Skills

ü         commercial training with further training as an accountant

ü         confident handling of Microsoft Office and accounting programs

• (SAP finance module)

ü         3+ years’ professional experience in the financial department

ü         Hands on mentality, work independently, team player

ü         Fluent English and German skills are mandatory
