An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Share Plan Manager to play a key role in the delivery and evolution of the company’s compensation and Share Plan framework as it continues to strengthen its position as a well-regarded employer of choice
Working as part of a small team with a Group-wide remit, responsibilities will include:
  • Share plan management and administration including grants, vestings, payrolling/tax witholding, accruals, external reporting, employee queries, delivery of SOX controls; and processing of joiners/leavers, insider lists and shareholding calculations.
  • Market assessments, job leveling and offer proposals.
  • Annual salary review, bonus and share award allocation processes.
  • HR and business leader guidance; preparation of employee communication materials.
  • Incentive plan development, communication and tracking.
  • Remuneration Committee and external disclosure materials.
  • Supporting overall team delivery.

Experience and skillset:
  • Talented Share Plan manager looking to take the next step in their career.
  • Track record working across compensation and share plan administration (knowledge of US SEC rules) and executive populations.
  • Multinational corporate experience.
  • Strong academics.
  • Strong operational delivery.
  • Skilled data analysis, reporting, research and extraction/presentation of key messages/trends.
  • Effective project and process management.
  • Engagement, management and influencing of good internal and external stakeholder relations including with business leaders, HR, Finance, Company Secretariat and third party vendors. Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Pragmatic, commercial approach. Picks things up quickly and pro-actively. Anticipates/diagnoses issues and proposes solutions.
  • Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables), share plan management systems, HRIS systems.
  • Appropriate handling of confidential information and sensitive situations.
 
 
SALARY: The estimated salary range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000 per year . This is a good-faith assessment of the salary range for this position only. In determining the actual salary within this range, SiriusPoint will consider a candidate’s relevant experience, location, and other job-related factors.
