Join Our Team  

The Temporary Rewards Analyst will support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs. This role involves analyzing market data, evaluating job roles, and ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices. The Rewards Analyst will work closely with HR and management to align rewards strategies with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The positional coverage is expected to last 12 months.

  • Assist in the development and administration of compensation programs, including base salary, bonus, and equity plans.
  • Participate in market research and analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits programs.
  • Evaluate job roles and create job descriptions to ensure accurate and competitive compensation structures.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to address compensation-related issues and provide recommendations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on compensation and benefits-related inquiries.
  • Assist in the development and communication of compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure transparency and consistency
  • Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.

Your skills and abilities should include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis, preferably within the insurance/reinsurance industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations in the US.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Certification in Compensation (e.g. CCP) is a plus

 

SALARY:  The estimated salay range for this position is $49 per hour to $58 per hour. This is a good-faith assessment of the salary range for this position only.  In determining the actual salary within this range, SiriusPoint will consider a candidate’s relevant experience, location, and other job-related factors.
