We are seeking a Digital Content Creator with a keen eye for detail and a flair for design. You will report to the Global Head of Internal Communications.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to produce unique, engaging and innovative content, including written material, graphics, videos and podcasts. Content will be used across various platforms, including our website, intranet, and social media.

You will report to the Global Head of Internal Communications and will work closely with our Global Head of Marketing.
We’re based all over the world, so you’ll get to work with people from all walks of life and learn from the best in the business. There may also be an opportunity to travel to our other office locations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Internal Communications and Marketing to create compelling and visually appealing content for our digital channels.
- Creating high quality and informative video content, podcasts, and other engaging content.
- Helping to manage our social media channels, including creating timely content for different platforms.
- Managing our SharePoint intranet on a day-to-day basis to ensure the content is up to date and relevant, as well as training colleagues in how to use the platform.
- Creating plans for upcoming campaigns and events.
- Working with our external PR and marketing agencies.
- Supporting in the planning and delivery of impactful events - both internal and external.
- Bringing new ideas to the team using your expertise and eye for great design.
- Ensuring all content adheres to our brand guidelines and matches the tone and style of SiriusPoint.
Technical Skills & Experience
- A strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Experience in digital content design
- Knowledge and experience in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro, SharePoint Online/Office 365 software.
- Experience in video/audio interviews and editing.
- A meticulous eye for video creation, storytelling, and creative ideation.
- Social media channel capabilities.
- Ability to manage a range of stakeholders and multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ideally, a background in Professional or Financial Services.
