Join Our Team
You will be a detail-oriented Insurance Operations Project Manager to join our Property and Casualty Operations Team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing the due diligence and implementation of SiriusPoint’s US-based Property and Casualty insurance programs through the MGA/Program Administrator business model and may also lead or play a key role in other operations, technology, and strategic projects. Utilizing established project management methodology and our internal playbook, the candidate must manage, collaborate, track, and document both internal and external cross-functional project work streams to ensure completeness and timeliness. You will report to the Director of P&C Operations with reporting lines to the Head of P&C Insurance Americas.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assemble/manage project workstreams comprised of cross-functional participants from Underwriting, Insurance Product, Legal, Operations, Claims, Data, Compliance, Information Security, Actuarial, Accounting, and when applicable, third-party administrators and distribution partner representatives in a remote/dispersed environment.
- Support the ongoing management of projects by maintaining up-to-date project-related documentation and materials.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective delivery of projects supporting new programs and related initiatives. Includes creation, dissemination, and archiving of all project documentation (e.g., project requirements, critical path structure, project deliverables, communication plan, issues list, contingency plans, etc.)
- Responsible for scheduling, thoughtful preparation of meeting agendas, chairing of meetings, identification of follow-up items, documentation, and distribution of post-meeting notes, and providing follow-up/next steps.
- Build and maintain collaborative, mutually beneficial partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Your skills and abilities should include:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry with a basic working knowledge of MGAs/Program Administrators, Insurance Products, Insurance regulatory requirements, claims handling, and Insurance data/systems.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is strongly recommended.
- Exceptional writing, attention to detail, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to make decisions with limited information and see issues through to resolution.
- Ability to multi-task on projects while being attentive to details and target dates.
- Strong remote working skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams/departments and all levels of the company. Must be able to work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, etc.) and familiarity with SharePoint.
SALARY: The estimated salary range for this position is $105,000 per year to $115,000 per year. This is a good-faith assessment of the salary range for this position only. In determining the actual salary within this range, SiriusPoint will consider a candidate’s relevant experience, location, and other job-related factors.
