Senior Developer, Java Full-Stack

Position Overview:

We are seeking for a highly-driven, enthusiastic Full-Stack Java Developer to join our dynamic and global team. This role would include hands on development with front end, mid-tier, and back-end programming. The successful candidate will build capabilities to support the business and maintain existing Java applications.  There are great opportunities to contribute to the evolution of the frameworks and next generation applications.

The Senior Developer will be responsible for the following:

● Researching, analyzing, designing, and delivery of IT solutions that are appropriate for the business.

● Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features.

● Able to multitask and effectively prioritize competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

● Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to support and build applications.

● Likes learning new technology, patterns, methodologies, domains of knowledge.

● Customer oriented with a strong sense of urgency.

● Develop technical documents to accurately represent application design and code.

● Have the ability to solve problems, put the customer first, work independently with limited oversight and communicate clearly.

● At least 7 years of experience in Java and J2EE skills.

● Solid OOD and OOP skills are required.

● Proficiency using Spring framework.

● Experience with consuming and building RESTful web-services.

● 3+ years experience with scalable JavaScript frameworks for application creation.

● Solid knowledge of HTML, JSON, CSS and AJAX.

● Strong experience with database systems (Relational/SQL).

● Exposure to android apps, scanning, RFID/sensor technologies and/or Kanban application is a plus.

● ETL and data transformation technologies a plus.

● Cloud and PaaS experience is a plus.

● Applicants must be authorized to work without sponsorship in the U.S.


● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
