Position overview:
We are currently seeking a seasoned NetSuite Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to configuring, customizing, and maintaining our NetSuite modules to bolster our operations.
Main responsibilities:
 
  • Administer and customize NetSuite modules to support operations effectively.
  • Develop, implement, and manage workflows, scripts, and customizations to streamline processes and enhance system functionality.
  • Maintain robust user role management, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security and integrity.
  • Drive pre-upgrade procedures such as discovery, release planning, reporting, and UAT.
  • Manage day-to-day NetSuite operations, including user support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement changes aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough system audits to address data inconsistencies, errors, and inefficiencies.
  • Enhance system performance and reliability through continuous monitoring and optimization efforts.
  • Lead business User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system customizations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on best practices, system architecture, procedures, customizations, and requirements.
  • Design custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable insights to various departments.
  • Facilitate business intelligence reporting and manage external data integrations.
  • Offer training and support to users, ensuring the effective utilization of the NetSuite system.
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for all NetSuite-related inquiries and support needs

Skills and Qualifications:
 
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a NetSuite Administrator role or similar.
  • Proficient in NetSuite configuration, customization, and scripting.
  • Candidates with NetSuite Administrator and Suite Foundation Certification will be given special consideration.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Deep understanding of functional business processes.
  • Looking for people with JavaScript experience and will be happy to offer training towards the certification for Suite Cloud Developer (A combination of Suite Foundation, Application Developer, and Web Services Developer certifications)
  • This position reports directly to the Director of NetSuite and Emerging Technologies based in the US.

Additional Information:
Work times are flexible, with a focus on Afternoon/Evening hours to align with India Standard Time. Starting at 4 P.M. (IST) and working for 8.5 hours.
