Position overview:

To support the compliance side of legal to work with the large number of customer questionnaires we receive by cataloging all the questions with their corresponding answers and departmental sources to create a master file we can use to expedite responding to these questionnaires going forward. 

 

Main responsibilities:

  • To expedite Optimas' response to customer questionnaires.
  • A shared file containing as many examples of customer questionnaires as possible, as well as a file with the questions and answers with departmental sources indicated.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing degree in Law or related field from an accredited university

  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate with others
  • Self-motivated, high energy and strong time management skills
  • Ability to take lead and drive for results
