Position overview: 

Solve complex problems and generate new ideas for a global organization, while utilizing creativity and innovation to develop entrepreneurial skills. Involved in projects which matter to the business and help achieve company goals. Work on challenging projects in support of real-time business issues, to develop skills and experiences.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Advise site management in personnel policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions
  • Assist and update changes to processes improvements, policies, and procedures
  • Keeps up to date on current human resource and labor market trends, new technology programs and applications
  • Prepares HR related reports as requested by Business Unit Managers
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation
  • Assist with employee separation notices documentation
  • Assist in exit interviews and collect equipment
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing degree in Human Resources or a related field from an accredited university.

  • Self-motivated, high energy and strong time management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and team orientation
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
