Senior Manager – Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB)

The Senior Manager, DEIB will develop, implement, and advance the organization’s DEIB strategy and initiatives to increase representation (D), assess equitable infrastructures (E), build a culture of psychological safety (I), and increase a sense of belonging (B) in our global community. Your Role

Day-to-day (relationship) management of DEIB core operations as a key component of DEIB strategy and alignment to organizational mission and vision:

 

  • Manages relationships with global stakeholders to identify DEIB opportunites for action planning.
  • Researches, develops, executes, evaluates, and modifies DEIB action plans that are responsive to business needs.
  • Create innovative and scalable programs that result in a more diversified, equitable, and inclusive workforce.
  • Collects, interpret, and synthesize analytics that support data-driven decision making.
  • Provides thought leadership and maintains knowledge of DEIB related issues, legislation, and best practices.
  • Liase with People Team Centers of Excellence to design and deliver comprehensive DEIB solutions.
  • Design, develop, and facilitate learning programs and deliver presentations to build awareness and leader competencies.
  • Engages stakeholders in critical dialogues that align to/evolve DEIB charter and purpose.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum bachelors degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Organizational Leadership/Development/Psychology, related field, or at least five years of equivalent experience managing DEIB related fields.
  • Experience with organizational development, change management, and learning and development is desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future.

The pay range for this position at the commencement of employment is expected to be between $186,400 and 279,600/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
