ROI & TCO Specialist
- In the ROI & TCO team, you will find yourself in a fast-paced environment with exposure to individuals across the globe while working within SLAs (service level agreements) to meet business requirements directly impacting our deal velocity and effectiveness.
- You will be expected to manage your workload through limited supervision while escalating high priority issues to the appropriate teams and points of contact.
- You will –
- Work with Account Teams to evaluate whether the Opportunity at hand qualifies to be handled by the ROI & TCO Team.
- Guide Account Teams through collecting required inputs from their customers and prospects using a standard data collection form to ensure all expectations and requirements for the ROI & TCO calculation are met.
- Produce ROI & TCO packs using a standardized approach with little deviation margin, ensuring the service is available for a high-volume of Opportunities, and has a shorter turn-around-time to complete, without foregoing the quality and integrity of the service.
- You will have opportunities to learn and develop your skills, staying close to a high-achieving, successful, Worldwide Sales organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years experience in Software Technology or Consultancy business.
- Proven business acumen gained through experience.
- Experience in financial analysis, preferably in technology or solutions-based environment.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools, particularly advanced MS Excel knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Detailed oriented and analytical
- Consistent and proficient in how you approach your work
- Able to produce high-quality outputs
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good time management and prioritization skills
