What you will do:

You will work in a team, and your role is the main contact with your client companies. This includes performing hands-on, day to day HR for assigned clients throughout the US. This is a dual role and training will be a specialized portion of your role. 

 What the Job Looks Like:

You are supporting managers, employees with:

  • Training
  • Employee relations
  • Management support
  • Compliance

You will also perform training, hiring, payroll and benefits administration, compensation, leave, employee retention and a variety of HR project work. While you are performing hands-on work, the support of our specialists in the various HR areas will be here to support you as well as HR administrative support. 

Our Training role will be to create training classes via a variety of one-way video classes, webinars, and live trainings. In addition to performing training for clients. It is an exciting newer role at our company that could expand over time!


  • Full-time hours are M-F 8:30 am-5 pm, although you have the option to flex your hours. No overtime!
  • Option for part-time: 25-30 hours per week. Must be available 5 days a week, between 8:30 am-5 pm to take calls and respond to your client’s needs. 

To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: 5+ years of HR experience at an independent level. Experience creating and conducting trainings for an organization.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in HR or Business (with a focus in HR), or a degree & a PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM- SCP certificate. 
  • Commitment to Learning: Willing to commit to continuous learning up to 20 hours per year paid by the company!
  • Software Skills: Must be well versed in MS Office and various software as we are a cloud-based company

  • Adaptability: Excel at relationship building and adapting to a diverse customer base.
