What you’ll do
Collaborate with the B2B marketing and sales team and work independently to identify ideal target clients (that would benefit from our B2B services. Fostering relationships, you’ll assist them through the sales process. Day-to-day you can expect to:
  • Research, identify, and gather information on new prospects to grow the top of our sales pipeline with qualified leads
  • Identify and implement new tools and channels for finding target prospects
  • Connect with, screen, and qualify new leads to determine if they are a fit for myHR Partner
  • Nurture new prospects, stagnant leads, and previous leads that we did not close
  • Support sales wherever needed throughout the sales cycle
  • Manage pricing, proposal creation, pitch deck customization, etc.
  • Manage aspects of HubSpot related to new prospects and existing clients
  • Over time, manage the sales process for small new opportunities, expansions, and renewals
  • Engage on behalf of myHR Partner on social media and in other forums

  • Experience:
    • 3+ years in an internal sales, business development, or account management role, ideally B2B in a small to midsize service industry
    • Researching and prospecting for new clients as well as handling inbound sales leads
    • Strong relationship-building skills
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication
    • Highly adaptable and organized team player
    • Knowledge of, or a desire to gain knowledge of Human Resources
    • Experience using a CRM (such as HubSpot) and tools like ZoomInfo are a plus
  • Location: Remote; residing within the Eastern time zone
