Due to growth, Five Lakes Dental Practice Solutions is looking to add a great new Sales Representative to our team!
What you’ll do
As a Sales Rep at Five Lakes, you’ll work alongside the Sales Manager to identify and onboard new clients needing dental industry business management consulting solutions. Using your prior sales experience and learning the industry, you’ll cultivate relationships with dental providers, business managers, executives, or other stakeholders of small to large-sized practice groups.
This hybrid position will work up to 2 days onsite at our Pepper Pike, OH office (however, during initial onboarding and training, you will have to come into the office more frequently). Minimal travel will be required. We have some clients on the West Coast, so flexing your schedule to accommodate meetings and calls will be necessary.
Day-to-day you could expect the following:
  • Contact and follow up regularly with inbound leads
  • Network and cultivate additional leads through social media, industry events, referrals, etc.
  • Lead several discovery calls a week with prospects to evaluate their needs and business model
  • Recognize prospect pain points and position Five Lakes’ offerings that will provide business improvement
  • Utilize CRM system (Zoho) to send contracts, follow up with leads, track progress and other activity
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth sales process and handoff to Account Managers
  • Promptly and regularly communicate via email, phone, text, and video conferencing with prospects
What you need to thrive in this role
  • Prior sales experience in a service-based, client-facing, industry
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, and on social media platforms
  • Comfortability in making sales pitches to business professionals that align with their goals
  • Organized, efficient, outgoing, and resilient
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Prior experience working within the medical or dental industry, a plus!
