MCC is looking for Finance and Accounting Supervisor.  The main duties of this position are to ensure that finance and accounting report and things done aligned with the regulation, procedure, and timely.
 

Responsibilities:

Costing:
Develop and maintain robust costing methodologies to ensure accurate product/tooling costing.
Weekly reporting of Job close margin
 
Cost Optimization / OPEX management:
Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, working closely with relevant departments to implement cost-saving initiatives.
 
Data Analytics:
Utilize financial data to generate insights, forecast trends, and support strategic decision-making.
 
Month-End Closing Support:
Assist Financial Controller in month-end closing activities to ensure a three-day close, including but not limited to reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
 
Transfer Pricing Documentation:
Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation in compliance with local regulations and global standards.
VAT Management: Oversee VAT compliance and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in submissions.
 
CAPEX :
Manage CAPEX reporting processes, including the preparation of reports, analysis of expenditures, and ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints. Develop business cases to justify CAPEX investments, considering factors such as ROI, NPV, and strategic alignment.
Maintain organized filing systems for CAPEX-related documentation to ensure accessibility and compliance with audit requirements.
 
Support:
Other things that might be need support related to the Finance Department matters.

Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field. Professional certification in taxation (e.g., Brevet A/B) is preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance, reconciliation and reporting, preferably in a multinational corporation or public accounting firm.
    • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and practices, with a focus on corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and transfer pricing.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex tax regulations and apply them to practical situations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
    •  Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
    • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
    • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
