We are looking for a Select Sales Representative who will play an instrumental role in driving Multi-Color’s growth strategy for our Mid-Tier/Medium Business Segment. As a Select Sales Representative, you will be at the heart of executing our priorities within this market segment, supporting an driving initiatives that are key to our company’s growth trajectory.  You will actively participate in the full spectrum of growth activities that include Mid-Tier market analysis, lead generation, targeted outreach and direct selling to aggressively turn prospects into loyal MCC Customers.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to drive label sales, revenue growth and market penetration within the Mid-Tier Business Segment.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining proactive relationships with Mid-Tier prospects/customers and identifying growth and development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, pain points, and requirements, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, Op Ex, S&OP, product development, marketing and supply chain to ensure high quality labels are shipped on time.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies to optimize profitability and achieve financial objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data and prepare regular reports to track progress towards sales targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize MCC account management resource tools such as Salesforce and the Market Based Pricing Tool to manage your portfolio of accounts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences within the consumer packaged goods industry to proactively adjust sales strategies and seize emerging opportunities.
  • Manage projects and developments within the business to support the relationship with Mid-Tier customers and ensure an appropriate level of customer focus is achieved.
  • Attend reviews and pre-production meetings on site as necessary.
  • Provide regular internal Select Sales progress reports, dashboards and pipeline trackers.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Previous experience in label & packaging sales required

Must be able to travel 50% of the time
