 is Hiring a Senior Sales Executive 
 
Profile and Experience:    
  • +10 years of experience in Packaging/Labeling/Printed material Sales, on Food & Beverage Industry. (or selling to major manufacturers)
  • Provide access to “Buying Centers” on this industry.
  • Proven results in cold prospection.
  • Able for bringing new Accounts/quick wins.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related discipline.
  • English advanced (for business 85%+)
  • Proven record of acquiring business in a competitive environment.
  • Patient, self-motivated and adaptable to the needs of each client.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Drive to deliver results and continue the growth of the company.
 
Primary Purpose: 
 
In this pivotal role, the Senior Sales executive will be responsible for seeking out and delivering on new opportunities to support the key strategic initiatives of the business. 
 
Specifically, you will: 
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new market opportunities.
  • Drive growth by prospecting, qualifying, and winning new business.
  • Deliver exceptional results against all KPI’s: revenue, profitability, and portfolio transformation.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead and drive opportunities throughout Mexico,USA and Central America. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to gather market intelligence and identify potential business leads.
