The Executive Assistant role in MCC provides support in all administrative aspects to the company’s IT Leadership Team.  This role will principally support the CIO and IT leadership team.  Our Executive Assistant must be a confident and professional individual with uncompromising attention to detail and unquestioned integrity.  This position requires a high degree of skill in interpersonal relations, organization, communications, initiative, organization, anticipation, intuitiveness, and flexibility. 

This will be an onsite position at our Monterrey facility. 

Key responsibilities: 

·       Manage the full range of advanced administrative activities in support of the CIO and the IT Leadership Team. 

·       Appropriately and effectively address issues of the highest complexity escalated to the Senior Executive's office. 

·       Schedule meetings and travel arrangements and maintain a calendar of appointments for the Senior Executives 

·       Handle various administrative functions like approving invoices, building budgets, and creating PO’s. 

·       Exercise autonomy in anticipating a diverse range of issues, often of the highest complexity, and troubleshooting these issues as they arise. 

·       Manage administrative activity related to the Senior Executives’ attendance at or conduct of meetings, external media and/or conferences, etc. 

·       Apply discretion to independently triage and prioritize questions and items directed toward the Senior Executives’ offices, particularly the CIO. 

·       Effectively manage the flow of information to/from the Senior Executives, particularly the CIO. 

·       No direct reports, directly supports the Senior Executives.

·       A high level of tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality, along with the ability to modify communication style to suit the audience 

·       Skilled collaborator and communicator, effective at information exchange and cooperation with internal and external contacts. 

·       High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required, bachelor's degree in Information Technologies or equivalent experience required. 

·       English language proficiency 

·       Knowledge or experience in an IT function is a requirement. 

·       Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and other ERP software required. 

·       5+ years of total work experience preferred.
