JOB INFORMATION

 

 

Mission

To assist with client’s Learning & Organization Development interventions and initiatives. To design, develop and deliver impeccable interventions that not just add value to our clients but help them achieve their goals and vision.

 

 

           

Responsibilities

Data Gathering & Analysis:

ü Qualify the requests for learning and development (L&D) interventions through identifying core business problems then assessing, planning, designing, developing and implement the learning solution programmes for the organisation.

ü  Assess and identify organisational, departmental and individual development requirements

ü  Conduct needs analysis with target audience and decision makers levels

 

Solution Design and Delivery:

ü  Manage the planning, design and implementation / delivery of all Learning and development requirements

ü  Transfer client requirements into learning and development plans, projects and initiatives

ü  Determine a design that meets the objectives of the client, recommend and devise blended learning solutions

ü  Instil confidence in the LHH and client teams through subject matter and learning methodology expertise; have a strong POV on client needs & LHH solutions and capabilities

ü  Write and/or source content on solution and POV to be included in client-facing materials (e.g., RFP response, pitch deck, etc.)

ü  Present the proposed solution to the client team, in conjunction with the LHH business development team

ü  Take complete responsibility for the successful execution of the project

ü  Pilot with cohort leveraging expert LHH facilitators, coaches and assessment professionals

ü  Based on feedback from sponsors and the pilot participants, make necessary improvements to the solution and prepares for rollout to full population

ü  Create an evaluation strategy based on needs of the client leveraging qualitative and quantitative measures

 

Internal Teams:

ü  Work closely with the LHH Business Development team to thoroughly understand the client needs and be able to design and develop the most appropriate solution thereby adding value to client’s work

ü  Work closely with other L&OD team members to ensure seamless and best in class design and delivery of the proposed solution

ü  Work closely with the LHH Operations team to source the right facilitator / specialist to work on the solution / project

 

Travel Requirement

ü  Occasional (up to 20%)

ü  Internal Employees (L&OD Team, Trainers, Sales Team, Commercial & Finance team)

ü  External Customers (Clients, Candidates, Trainers/Coaches, Vendor)

ü  Consulting skills and ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally

ü  Well-developed business acumen

ü  Quality of the solutions designed and developed and client satisfaction scores
