ICEO Digital Brand Expert    

    

The International Center for Executive Options (ICEO) is a strategic partner to corporate leaders and boards offering executive career advisory services.     

We advise executives as they onboard into new roles, lead through new and changing environments, and navigate planned and unplanned transitions.     

ICEO Advisors are accomplished business leaders and board directors who draw upon their deep experience to provide trusted advice to support the unique needs of each client.    

The ICEO LinkedIn Subject Matter Expert is responsible for working with clients as a strategic thought partner in developing and implementing strategies to enhance and optimize their LinkedIn presence and in developing their online brand to attract and retain connections and opportunities.

In this role you can expect to    

Key Accountabilities    

  • Develop a highly personalized LinkedIn content and utilization strategy aligned with each executive’s career goals and effectively communicate their unique value proposition
  • Meet each client where they are, understanding their unique needs, preferences and approach with regard to branding, and providing best practice advice and information
  • Collaborate with ICEO delivery team including ICEO Advisors and other key stakeholders to deliver the crucial elements of a white-glove boutique experience in the areas of responsiveness, commitment to excellence, and concierge quality support to senior executive clients

  • Proven ability to establish rapport and productive relationships with senior level executives, including the ability to identify client needs and develop impactful outcomes that support client goals
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s current algorithm, features and best practices with a commitment to continuous learning as new functionality is released on the platform
  • Emotionally intelligent, patient and empathic and committed to delivering the highest quality of service as promised to clients and customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Works collaboratively with clients and team members to build the ICEO community
  • Thrives in fast paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and perspectives to ensure consistency of ICEO service delivery
