Project Manager – Global Sales (6-Month Contract/Remote/Hybrid)

As a Project Manager within our Global Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the LHH Global Head of Sales to execute strategic initiatives, streamline processes, and optimize sales performance across our global markets. Leveraging your project management expertise and strong business acumen, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering measurable results.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Project Planning and Execution:
    • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution if sales-related projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Prepare 2025 budget plan for the LHH Global Sales team.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, milestones, resource requirements, and deliverables.
    • Conduct regular project meetings, provide status updates, and proactively identify and address any potential risks or issues.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with LHH & the Adecco Group Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other relevant departments to drive alignment and integration of initiatives.
    • Serve as a liaison between LHH Global Sales and other functional teams, facilitating communication, fostering teamwork, and resolving conflicts as needed.
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to gather insights, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to the Global Head of Sales, highlighting key finding, trends, and actionable recommendations.
    • Drive data-driven decision-making processes, leveraging insights to optimize sales strategies, processes, and resources allocation.
  4. Process Improvement and Optimization:
    • Continuously assess existing sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Standardize sales processes and workflows, driving consistency and scalability across global markets.
    • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of process improvements and drive sustained performance improvements.

All About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 4-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on sales operations / sales excellence / sales transformation or related areas.
  • Proved track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  •  Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience in Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Fully fluent in English, French is a plus.
