What does an exceptional Global ICEO Product Coordinator do?

The International Center for Executive Options (ICEO) is a boutique practice within LHH that provides exclusive, bespoke career advisory services for sitting and transitioning senior leaders. The individuals served include leaders from the highest echelons of often multinational corporations, requiring an elevated high touch approach to provide an extraordinary experience.  


This role can be based in Switzerland, Germany, Belgium or the Netherlands.

Your new role

As a Global ICEO Product Coordinator you will support the speed-to market goal through the successful execution of the product roadmap in order to achieve a globally consistent product offering across regions.

Working with the SVP Solutions - Global ICEO, you’ll be responsible for developing best practices for global ICEO sales enablement, marketing effectiveness and effectively disseminating best practices and upskilling.

You’ll be collaborating with ICEO stakeholders across the organization to ensure the solution is adopted and implemented globally with regular feedback cycles of improvements and enhancements to ensure we are ahead of the market. Operating and having a flair for a high-touch boutique environment, you must have the ability to effectively engage and look at the offering through the lens of our Executive-level clients, customers and sellers.


Major Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities are

      Enhancing and Harmonization of global Sales Collateral and best practices

      Global Sales Enablement and go to market approach

      Marketing content and Website enhancements

      Product Roadmap, new features/services and UX enhancements

      Global SME and Sales Support


Enhancing and Harmonization of global Sales Collateral and best practices

      Bring global ICEO Sales Enablement Toolkit and Collateral to the next level with marketing

      Develop PoV and Sales Messaging to differentiate the product positioning in the market

      Conduct Competitor Analysis

      Create global best practices to complement sales initiatives, progress tracking large accounts


Global Sales Enablement and go to market approach

      Design effective Sales Trainings “Bootcamps” for sellers

      While ensuring it meets global standards, be a sparring partner for countries to integrate region-specific nuances  

      In collaboration with Regional ICEO Leads, conduct Sales training for regional sales drivers


Marketing content and Website enhancements

      Collaborate with Product Marketing to enhance ICEO Website and Brochures

      Partner with ICEO Regional Leads on global consistency of success stories, client testimonials and videos

      Compile local best practices and prepare to share within ICEO community


Product Roadmap, new features/services and UX enhancements

      Ensure clarity around ICEO solution offering and value differentiation within overall Transition offering

      Gather requirements from stakeholders to iterate solution

      Develop Product Roadmap, Personas, User-Buyer-Seller Journeys

      Work with Operations to ensure that all solutions are in alignment with cost metrics and supporting KPI’s


Global SME and Sales Support

      Act as the internal champion for the solution and encourage positive adoption

      Sparring partner for sales drivers co-design and delivery of presentations, proposals and RFPs

      Supporting commercial pricing with support of Global Sales and business leaders



Required Experience/Characteristics

      Bachelor’s or Masters degree in a related field  

      Demonstrated expertise in the field of leadership development, career transition, assessments, coaching or human capital management technology

      Minimum 3-6 years’ experience in human capital working in large, complex organizations and consulting environments

      High attention to detail, project management and coordination skills

      Ability to document processes and best practices then effectively train others in this

      Strong track record of building strong relationships internally and externally

      Well-developed business acumen and commercial focus

      Experience managing stakeholders at all levels of organizations

      Self-starter attitude combined with strong collaboration skills

      Track record working in-depth with human capital engagements with global clients

      High personal energy, ability to focus on priorities, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for the career transition businesses

      Able to navigate ambiguity and organizational dynamics

      Outstanding MS Office, knowledge management and database skills and knowledge of advanced project management tools  

      Full professional fluency in English, and at least one additional language at professional level
