Lead Consultant

The primary responsibilities of the Lead Consultant are to provide leadership for operations within 1 or more offices; accountable for delivery of high quality services to clients and customers achievements of financial objectives, represent the firm with local businesses and professional community while remaining in compliance with LHH's delivery practices; functions as Career Coach/Strategist and assist clients with career transition products/services in a high quality, highly effective, efficient manner for all concerned parties.


Reporting Relationships:

      Reports directly to SVP, Director of Professional Services

Major Responsibilities

      Deliver career transition support in a manner that ensures quality delivery of career

      transition services according to LHH methodologies and standards in One on One and/or Group Sessions

      Involve local professional network for in-office events

      Maintain and update client records

      Lead day-to-day local delivery of client services

      Coordinate with Managing Director and Client Services Director to align part time consulting pool according to primary strengths, desired LHH workload, and ongoing quality scores

      Partner with Delivery Leader at District level to achieve all service, quality and financial objectives

      Collaborate with sales on shopper and other customer facing opportunities

      Assist in identifying local talent for RPT pool


Required Experience/Characteristics

      Bachelor’s degree

      Minimum of 10 years of professional/corporate experience

      Minimum of 2 years of facilitation and presentation experience

      Management experience preferred

      Proficiency with MS Office Suite, internet search and client tracking systems

      Knowledge and certification of assessments used in career development and coaching preferred
