The primary responsibilities of the Lead Consultant are to provide leadership for operations within one or more markets; accountable for personal and team delivery of high-quality services to candidates and customers, achievement of financial objectives and hitting consultant KPI’s. Represent the firm with local businesses and professional community while remaining in compliance with LHH's delivery practices; functions as Career Coach/Strategist and assists candidates with career transition and redeployment products/services in a highly effective and efficient manner.

 

Reporting Relationships:

  • Reports directly to Director of Delivery

Direct Reports:

  • Associate Consultants

 

Major Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day local delivery of candidate services
  • Ensure a team of Career Solutions Consultants support candidates in a manner that meets or exceeds quality KPI targets for delivery of Redeployment and Career Transition services using current LHH methodologies and standards in One on One and/or Group Sessions
  • Remain up to date on current job market trends and cascade that to Consultants
  • Maintain and update candidate records to ensure accurate data reporting
  • Maintain proper pool of Associate/Freelance Consultants according to pipeline, primary strengths, desired LHH workload, diversity, and ongoing quality scores
  • Partner with Delivery Leader at Cluster level to achieve all financial objectives
  • Collaborate with sales on shopper and other customer facing opportunities
  • Maintain employee engagement targets for assigned pool of Consultants
  • Maintain assigned caseload; meet or exceed all personal quality delivery KPI’s

Required Experience/Characteristics

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional/corporate experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of facilitation and presentation experience
  • Management experience preferred
  • Technically curious for continuous digital learning
  • Knowledge and certification of assessments used in career development and coaching preferred
