Billing Specialist - Poland

Reporting to the Head of Accounting & Tax, you will oversee the billing and administration for Poland, Belgium & Netherlands.

      Reporting to the Head of Account & Tax


In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

      Collect billing information and raise invoices in Optima & JDE systems.

      Preparation of invoice backing sheets.

      Preparation of volume discount calculations.

      Send/upload invoices to customers.

      Calculation and issuing of interest notes to customer for overdue debts.

      Calling customers to chase overdue invoices via email and phone.

      Preparation of debtor’s reporting for management.


Here’s what you’ll need to succeed

      Highly organised & methodical in approach

      Have strong interpersonal skills to successfully liaise with customers and internal stakeholders

      Be proficient in Microsoft office programmes (particularly Excel)

      Have some experience in finance administration, but this is not essential

      Speak Polish fluently, advanced-level English
