Training Content Creator & Employee Support Specialist (project role; fix-term 18 months)
As Training Content Creator & Employee support specialist you will play a key role in the development of FUTUREFIT training collateral and effective delivery of FUTUREFIT training service. You join a Learning and Development team with a focus on developing innovative learning solutions and thought leadership in an employee-facing role. This person will play a key role in developing highly effective blended learning solutions (heavy on digital-based training) for employee role-based learning and certification for the FUTUREFIT program. The goal is to enable learners in acquiring knowledge, skills, and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.
Reporting Relationships
- Position reports to the Global Training Lead
Direct Reports:
- Liaises with the PACERS & functional business SMEs within a matrix structure.
Location: Remote with residence in India

Under the Global Training Lead, you will be responsible for:
Training Content Creation
- Create training solutions (e.g., tooltips, training guides, quick & small launchers, simulations, LMS eLearning courses, training presentations, quick reference guides, and work instructions) using his or her review and understanding of Instructional Design and through proficient use of training development tools (e.g. Digital Adoption Platform), following development standards set for the FUTUREFIT program.
- Ensure standards are followed to meet LHH requirements and exceed LHH expectations.
- Create instructional courses for both skill-based and role-based enterprise systems (force.com (Salesforce, PSA), MicroStrategy, VMock etc), and human skills.
- Apply time management and project management skills to deliver excellent course materials while adhering to project timelines and design standards.
- Promptly identify issues or risks to the Global Training Lead and recommend solutions.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the content library / training materials within Lemon Learning (Digital Adoption Platform), LHH LMS system and it’s instructional led virtual collateral.
Employee Support Specialist
- Serve as contact for LHH employees, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity to enhance our support, highlighting best practices, and documenting both ensuring the continued value of the training products and services.
- Own the relationship with employees, including onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain employee-success best practices, as well as employee-support content.
- Communicate effectively with employees to better understand their needs, maximize adoption & usage, and share learnings.
- Demonstrate a consultative approach to help LHH employees overcome issues and achieve their adoption & usage goals.
- Facilitate interaction and workflow among team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure timely deliverables.
- Collaborate, problem-solve, and/or strategize with team members on upcoming activities.
Here’s is what you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience, preferably in a corporate or consulting role (internship experience acceptable)
- Up to 3 (three) years of experience creating and delivering instructional courses (heavy focus on digital-based training)
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Accomplish work under tight timelines and manage stress levels.
- Communicate effectively with employees and team members (written and oral)
- Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to acquire technical skills quickly and efficiently.
- Build strong relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work output
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
- Knowledge of force.com platform (e.g. Salesforce, PSA)
- Knowledge of Digital Adoption Platform (e.g. Lemon Learning, WalkMe)
- Experience in creating and maintaining training collateral for LMS and DAP systems that drive adoption & usage.
- Knowledge of and commitment to shifting the power and a passion for the role that training can provide in maximizing adoption and usage.
