R: Candidate & Consultant Experience Manager
Key Accountabilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of all LHH programs, features, and benefits during phone calls.
- Provide professional and timely follow up to all client and individual inquiries.
- Manage individual expectations by clearly communicating next steps and timing.
- Meet and/or exceed established engagement KPI metrics.
- Adhere to established outreach protocols.
- Provide candidate onboarding documents & tools
- Conducting Employer Transition Meetings onsite/online
- Delivering Orientation sessions as Engagement activity (cooperating with Sales)
- Collaboration with sales sapports
- Verification of applications submitted through the application form in cooperation with the Sales team:
- Brief consultant on any specificities
- Being part of Testing Team
- Cooperating with Product Team on new IT solution for Candidates & internally
- Cooperation with Lead Consultant to onboard Career & JM Consultants to the new tools
Qualtifications:
- Prior customer service/sales experience
- Professional and articulate voice
- Excels working in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needs.
- Able to work a set Monday-Friday schedule.
