Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and refine growth strategies by identifying and prioritizing new business opportunities, solutions, and special projects. Oversee the planning processes across different timeframes (annual, quarterly, weekly) to align with strategic goals.
Product Strategy and Enhancement: Collaborate closely with the Product & Technology teams to define and validate new features and solutions. Drive enhancements to existing propositions, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside functional leaders, especially within Product & Tech, Operations, Sales, and broader EZRA Labs teams, to ensure close alignment and effective execution of projects and initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams in understanding GTM propositions, product enhancements and operational delivery.
Execution & Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, operations, and technology) to ensure propositions are fully integrated into existing systems and processes.
Roadmap Development and Management: Create and manage cross-functional proposition roadmaps to lead efforts across different departments, ensuring that all teams are aligned, with the overall strategic vision and timely execution of initiatives. Overall responsibility for pilots, launches and product enhancements.
Market and Customer Insight: Research and analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor offerings to inform proposition strategies. Leverage customer insights, analytics, and qualitative research to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Partner closely with the marketing and sales to help deliver and maintain GTM collateral, strategic memos, and business review documentation. Own the strategic direction for the launch of new assessment propositional features and collaborate with Product Marketing to design and implement targeted campaigns.
Innovation and Future Development: Partner with sales to identify and explore emerging assessment trends, technologies, and customer behaviours to inform future innovations.
Enablement and Integrations: Develop enablement materials, tools, and training programs to support teams in delivering and communicating proposition effectively.
Integrations: Partner with vendors on strategic innovations to further enhance our proposition experience. Work directly with the vendor and product team to ensure a smooth onboarding of new integrations, clear operational workflows, and exceptional customer experience.
- 5-7 years of experience working in the Assessment industry.
- Frequent collaboration with Product, Technology, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Enterprise Delivery teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution excellence.
- Proven experience in proposition development, product management or strategy roles.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to build sales collateral, work with clients and articulate propositions effectively to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- This role combines the strategic oversight and hands-on operational roles from both initial mandates, aimed at a comprehensive role that drives growth and product excellence.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in strategic and commercial roles, ideally encompassing both top-tier strategy consulting and corporate experience. Experience in go-to-market strategy, product management, or business strategy within a strategic role, consulting firm, or HCM technology sector. MBA is preferred.
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience as a project manager, proficient in overseeing and delivering complex projects from conception through completion. Ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations effectively. Experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals within set deadlines.
- Strategic Thinking: Skilled in solving complex challenges using a consultative, data-driven approach. Experience in building and managing cross-functional roadmaps to achieve strategic objectives.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills required, including the ability to create compelling decks and effectively communicate in large, cross-functional meetings with executive leaders. Demonstrated strength in written and verbal communication.
- Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building abilities with a proactive approach to collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.
- Adaptability and Influence: Ability to handle uncertainty, work effectively with internal and external partners, and influence cross-functional teams towards common goals. Strong active listening skills to understand and address client or stakeholder concerns.
- Industry Knowledge: Some experience selling B2B solutions, preferably to enterprise clients in the HR and talent space, is preferred.
