Position Overview:

We are looking for an Account Manager to assist our customers and integrators with all aspects of needed support throughout the discovery, sale and ongoing relationship with KORE Power.

Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include establishing and building relationship with customer/integrator, resolving customer queries, the organization and execution of all sales related documents and agreements with our customers, recommending suggestions to sales team on how to be more efficient and to support sales team throughout sale lifecycle. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to earn our clients’ trust and have a history of successful, long-term customer relationships.

In support of Federal grants, contracts and other funding opportunities, you will assist in the management of applications and associated processes.

Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Manage all documents, agreements and warrantees related to customers throughout bidding and sales process
  • Identify customer needs and help customers to understand our processes and products
  • Partner with internal Government leads and liaisons to further relationship building with necessary administrative partners, assist in the management of Federal funding processes to include SAM.gov, SBIR, GSA schedule, grants.gov, and other associated programs.
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Communicate and escalate any customer issues including technical issues or logistical issues
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Inform customers about new products and functionalities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
  • Establish and maintain close customer relationships throughout sales process, and before and after delivery

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or Communications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales
  • 2 years of experience in the Energy industry preferred, preferably in the Renewable or Energy Storage markets
  • Must have knowledge and experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite and other applications
  • Must have knowledge of Federal funding and contracting procedures and requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and with teams
  • Proven experience with exceptional customer service
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented
  • Superior communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth and ever-changing environment
