Pilgrim’s is searching for a Sales Program Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Process payments and deductions related to approved programs – daily
  • Make payment notifications to customer and broker partners
  • Research deviations related to requested payments and deductions
  • Clearly communicate short-pays or rebills as a result of identified deviations
  • Maintain accurate files of all responsible programs and payments
  • Monitor MDF program balances, working with sales team to adjust as needed
  • Support sales team and broker partners relative to sales program activities
  • Other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Associates degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in Excel and Word required
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work proactively in a high-paced deadline oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational skills required
  • Must be focused, detail and numbers oriented, and have the ability to multi task and change priorities as necessary
  • Excellent communication skills; both oral and written required
  • Ability to communicate and work closely with supervisor relative to critical/urgent sales programs issues
  • High level of synergy is critical to success
  • Must be able to set goals and successfully meet deadlines

 

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

 

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): eligible after 90 days of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule
  • Base salary range of $18-20 per hour
  • Retention bonus eligible
