Sales Representative – USA & International Markets

 We are searching for a Sales Representative for our Sampco team to be based out of our headquarters office in Chicago, IL.


  • The Sales Account Executive’s principal areas of focus are to oversee the sales initiatives to ethnic/independent retailers in the USA and International markets with focus on the Caribbean and maintaining exemplary customer relationships and profitable sales growth.
  • Source/procurement of Specialty products. Developing a supply chain for Specialty items for the Caribbean. 
  • Aggressively grow the Company’s revenue at maximum profitability.
  • Actively participate and assume accountability for the sales management of accounts; establish, coordinate, and maintain effective communication between customers and the Company.
  • Interface with the support staff (traffic, documentation, accounting, etc.).
  • Other duties as assigned.



  • Strong working knowledge of ethnic/independent retailers.
  • Available to travel, domestic and international. Supplier visits, tradeshows, customers, etc.
  • Proficient in languages spoken in the Caribbean preferred.
  • An overwhelming sense of urgency.
  • Unusually good listener at all levels of the organization.
  • Team player with an all-consuming need to win as a team.
  • Sharp, confident, motivated.
  • Passionate.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration.


The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base salary range of $67,300 to $93,500; and
  • Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;


This compensation range takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role. Actual offers may vary based on these factors.
