ISP Regional Compensation and Labour Administrative Lead Role Profile

Purpose of Role

Support the Regional HR Head and Regional Head of Legal in salary and people labour matters in line with the local cultural and law practices, working in collaboration to support the School Heads of HR and Finance and HR Regional Team.

ISP Regional Compensation and Legal Lead Key Responsibilities

 

Compensation and Organizational Effectiveness

          Deliver Staffing Compensation solutions and services to the business with high standards, supporting staffing budgets, monthly payroll, salary analysis, relation with the external payroll partner, and any other related process.

          Support the Finance team in Staffing budget and compensation matters for the region.

          Supervise regional payroll process.

          Monitor and support the schools in delivering Excellence in Payroll process at all stages, incl. payroll reporting, analysis and supervision of the 3rd party administrator.

          Coordinates the creation of Staffing budget for new acquisitions.

          Ensure the legal compliance of employee’s salary with the countries’ labour laws.

 

Compensation Data Administration

          Manages Compensation Information including reports, processes and salary employee matters in the HR system at regional level.

          Supervises the compensation clarity and accuracy in reports and the HR system.

          Creates and shares reports with data and targets related to Staffing Costs, including salaries, FTEs and ratios, among others.

          Supports the alignment of Staffing budgets and targets for the schools and the regional office.

 

Reward Strategy

          Proposes, creates, updates and ensures a homogenised Rewards Strategy for the region, aligned with the market and ensuring attraction and retention of the best talent.

          Ensures the Reward Strategy is fair and positions ISP Iberia as Employer of Choice.

          Develops and trains, as a member of the Regional HR Team, all the HR Heads of School on policies, practices and ranges established for the region.

 

Labour Administration:

  • Administrates the public mail (such as DEHU) coordinating requests or information send by public organisms, such as Social Security, Hacienda, etc. categorising the requests among the department responsible (Finance, HRs, etc.) and ensuring the delivery of it on timely basis.
  • Acts as the point of contact with any commercial registries, notaries, or other private institutions to coordinate, administer and support the creation of documents for general legal matters.
  • Categorizes and administers labour documents for the region.
  • Supports in labour processes as requested.

Labour Support:

  • Responsible for taking minutes and giving follow-up to actions related to labour matters for shareholder decisions.
  • Supports in writing letters regarding labour legal topics, such as warnings, dismissals
  • Supports in the completion of general forms in all labour information and templates, such as certificados digitales, among others.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in payroll and compensation matters.
  • Knowledge on General Legal Labour Topics.
  • Proven ability to take a business ‘on the journey’, where the goal is to create a forward-thinking and commercially aligned HR strategy.
  • Advanced level user of Excel is a must. Proven ability to create complex reports and display data in clear dashboards.
  • Spanish and desirable English
