Purpose of Roles

In our Marketing team, you will be developing content with core messages and playing a pivotal role in shaping the first impressions of our schools. Within the Admissions team, you will be engaging with families and driving student enrolment growth.

Marketing

In our Marketing roles, you will help share the story of our schools — developing campaigns, content and community initiatives that showcase our values, learning approach and student achievements. Working closely with the school leadership and Regional Marketing teams, you will:

  • Plan and execute marketing and communication strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation.

  • Create and manage digital and print content, including social media, websites, newsletters and promotional materials.

  • Coordinate and support events, outreach activities and partnerships to engage families and the wider community.

  • Monitor campaign performance and market trends to optimise reach and impact.

  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment with ISP’s messaging and design standards across all communication channels.

Admissions

In our Admissions roles, you will be the welcoming face of our schools — guiding families through our schools’ offerings to enrolment with warmth, professionalism and care. Working closely with the Campus Principals, Academic and Regional Admissions teams, you will:

  • Manage and support the full admissions process, ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.

  • Respond promptly to enquiries, conduct school tours and follow up with prospective families.

  • Build strong relationships with parents and local communities to promote our schools as the School of Choice.

  • Track and report on admissions data to support decision-making and enrolment targets.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated recruitment campaigns.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from individuals with experience in Marketing, Admissions, Communications, Sales or Customer Service, particularly those who have worked in the education or service sectors.

Marketing Roles

Depending on the level of role:

  • Managers: Managers will lead and drive school marketing strategies and campaigns. We require a minimum of 6 years of managerial experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with proven leadership skills, the ability to drive strategic communication initiatives and manage stakeholders.

  • Senior Executives / Executives: Senior Executives and Executives will support the planning, execution, and engagement initiatives of the Marketing function. We require a minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in Marketing, Communications, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to execution.

Admissions Roles

Depending on the level of role:

  • Managers: Managers will lead and drive school admission strategies and campaigns to meet enrolment targets. We require a minimum of 6 years of managerial experience in Admissions, Sales, or a Business-related field, with proven leadership skills and the ability to drive strategic Admissions initiatives.

  • Senior Executives / Executives: Senior Executives and Executives will support the planning, execution, and engagement initiatives of the Admissions function. We require a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in Admissions, Sales, or a Business-related field, with a focus on engaging and creating meaningful experiences for families.

Our requirements for Marketing and Admissions roles are:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and/or Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

  • A customer-centric mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.

  • For Marketing roles, proficiency in digital marketing tools is an advantage.

  • For Admissions roles, proficiency in customer-relationship management (CRM) systems (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce) is an added advantage.

  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
