Admission Coordinator Role Profile

 

Purpose of Role

Provide administrative and operational support in the school's.   Lead and manage all activities related to the student admissions process, ensuring compliance with the school's policies and strategic objectives in terms of enrollment and student profile. Develop and implement strategies to attract, evaluate and select the best candidates, strengthening the reputation and quality of the school.

ISP/BSI Key Responsibilities

  • Track admissions metrics on a regular basis, including acceptance rates, interview-to-registration conversions, and freshman retention, aligned with the ISP process.
  • In conjunction with the Academy, BP, and Retention Champion, track the re-enrollment process and ensure overall goals are met.
  • Provide detailed reporting and analysis to senior management to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the enrollment process.
  • Understand and analyze enrollment history to properly plan commercial and marketing strategy.
  • Timely attention to deals in advanced status (school tour, application, offer) to know resolution, handle objections and convert into enrollments.
  • Develop admission fee agreements or arrangements as discussed at intake.
  • Effective communication and feedback with Admissions and Marketing Support to ensure day-to-day operations and management of student tracking and CRM updates, as well as ongoing activities and campaigns.
  • Coordinate and track marketing strategies according to the school's business needs.
  • Develop student recruitment strategies including marketing, collateral, advertising, school visits, and participation in education fairs.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for enrollment growth and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for parents and prospective students by overseeing the entire admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Develop and seek strategic relationships with businesses, schools, and/or educational institutions in the city that will allow us to have a greater impact on student recruitment.
  • Coordinate and oversee interviews, admissions testing, tours, and other student selection processes.
  • Ensure that all applications are reviewed and evaluated in accordance with established admissions criteria.
  • Work closely with other departments such as Academics, Finance, and Student Services to ensure the integration of new students and their proper transition into the school environment.
  • Maintain up-to-date business management reports (Daily, Pipeline, Weekly RE).

 

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • High school diploma or college degree (technical or college training in administration or customer service preferred).
  • Sales experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or related field.
  • Excel proficiency.
  • Google calendar and google teams knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • knowledge of computer tools and database management systems.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Proactivity, empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Advance English required
