Purpose of Role

To deliver high-quality instruction in Commerce subjects in accordance with the CBSE curriculum, fostering conceptual understanding, analytical skills, and real-world application among students.

CSA Commerce Teacher (CBSE)

          Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Commerce subjects (Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics – as applicable) as per CBSE syllabus.
• Plan and deliver engaging, student-centric lessons using effective teaching methodologies.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials.
• Conduct periodic tests, examinations, and evaluate answer scripts as per CBSE guidelines.
• Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and student progress reports.
• Support students’ academic growth through mentoring, remedial classes, and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Integrate technology and real-life business examples into teaching.
• Participate in curriculum planning, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and academic outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and development.
• Uphold school policies, discipline, and ethical standards.
