Digital Content Project ManagerPurpose of the role
The Digital Content Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering the International Schools Partnership’s (ISP) School Website Enrolment Project (SWEP) — a large-scale digital initiative that brings together over 100 schools onto a shared platform, while celebrating the unique story of each.With strategy, structure and processes already in place, this role is focused on execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that every school website is delivered on time, to standard, and in a way that supports enrolment outcomes. You will coordinate across internal editors, project support, school leaders, regional marketing teams, and our Milan-based vendor to move each site through the agreed workflow — unblocking challenges, safeguarding quality, and maintaining clear visibility across the programme.This is a delivery leadership role that requires high editorial standards, strong stakeholder coordination, and a clear grasp of what makes content impactful for families. You will ensure that all school sites reflect their individual character while aligning with ISP’s brand tone, purpose and value proposition — helping families find the information they need quickly and confidently.Key responsibilities – Digital Content Project Manager- Lead and manage the operational delivery of website builds for over 100 schools across multiple regions.
- Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and QA processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy across sites.
- Oversee English content quality; review editorial tone, grammar, messaging clarity and SEO alignment.
- Work cross-functionally with content editors, regional marketing teams, heads of school, and vendor partners.
- Manage progress tracking via Monday.com and SharePoint, escalating blockers and driving timely resolutions.
- Support conversion optimisation by implementing feedback from CRO reports and performance analytics.
- Ensure brand consistency across languages, coordinating with Spanish/Portuguese vendors and flagging content risks.
- Uphold governance, reporting and project budget processes, attending fortnightly steering meetings and reviews.
Skills, qualifications and experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital content delivery, editorial operations or multi-site web projects.
- Expert command of English with proven editorial judgement and the ability to elevate written content.
- Strong project leadership and stakeholder engagement experience, including cross-time zone collaboration.
- Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g. Pimcore), project management platforms (e.g. Monday.com), and SEO/CRO tools.
- Experience managing content quality across internal and vendor teams, with a clear sense of ownership.
- Confident running meetings, tracking deliverables, and pushing for accountability in delivery.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in education, international development, or brand-driven multi-market environments.
- Background in content Quality Assurance, localisation or editorial leadership.
- Spanish or Portuguese reading ability a bonus, but not essential.
- Understanding of conversion optimisation (CRO), search behaviour, and UX writing principles.
