Family Engagement Specialist
Purpose Of Role
Inspire and support prospective families by guiding them through every step of the enrolment journey at ISP schools. Build strong connections, address their needs, and deliver a seamless and positive experience that reflects ISP’s values and commitment to student and family success.  
Line Manager: Regional Head of Marketing 
Stakeholders: Regional Marketing and Admissions Team, ISP School Marketing and Admissions Team, IT (Systems Manager / MIS Specialist)  
Location - Hyderabad  
Working Hours - Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities
1) Lead life cycle management
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all admission enquiries from parents and provide relevant information and guidance about the school to build trust and interest.
  • Contact parents who have enquired about admissions and qualify them as relevant leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Convert qualified leads to visit the school for a tour and guide them through the visit process.
  • Maintain timely and structured follow‑ups with prospective families to ensure ongoing engagement and higher conversion to admission.
2) Data management
  • Update HubSpot with accurate and complete information on lead status, interaction history, follow‑up actions, and outcomes.
 3) Support Schools for in-person events
  • Support the school team in organizing and executing in-person admission events, such as Open Day.
Skills, Qualification and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • 4-6 years in admission marketing preferably with leading Cambridge, IB schools in India.
  • Candidates with experience in admission marketing with third party aggregators / agencies, edtech companies.
  • Good spoken and written English language skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with HubSpot and any other CRM platforms would be an advantage.
  • Candidates who can speak more than one Indian language – Telegu, Hindi, Tamil, Marathi would be nice to have on the team.
