Practice Summary: 
  • Media Planning are experts on the paid media landscape and how consumers interact with it. We architect and steward holistic media plans throughout their lifecycle, owning the creation of overall plans, cross-channel budget allocation, in flight cross-channel optimisation & reporting and post-campaign analysis. We are our clients’ key contacts for a unified view across all aspects of their campaigns, narrating the story of the campaign from planning recommendation through to PCA or QBR. 

Position Summary: 
  • This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team as an Media Planning Manager. Working as part of the Platforms & Ecosystems team (Google Play, Chromebook, Chrome), you will have ample opportunity to enhance your expertise as a media planner, working across one of the biggest brands in the world and operating in one of the fastest growing industries. You'll have the chance to input into the strategic planning and delivery of multiple multichannel campaigns and will be given a range of planning responsibilities that will help you grow into an excellent, well-rounded planner.  
  • Aside from this, you'll be part of an extremely strong team who always strive to deliver best-in-class planning work, pushing industry boundaries whilst maximising returns for our clients’ businesses. About the role 
  • Support Business Director, and  Account Director with media forecasts, allocation of campaign budgets, and brainstorming for innovation 
  • Abilitiy to delegate and coach junior members of team 
  • Turn tactical presentations into media plans that excite the client and deliver against their objective 
  • Be the team lead for research tools, delivering data points for consumer insight generation 
  • Brief other specialist teams on our tactical approach and provide direction for excellent implementation 
  • Lead post campaign reviews with insightful analysis, demonstrating the effectiveness of our planning. 
  • Keep current on new market technologies and innovative solutions for clients. 
A little bit about you: 
  • Cross channel experience at a media agency, with focus on digital. 
  • Experience with Amazon ad platform preferred 
  • Experience across a range of Google products/campaigns such as GDN, Discovery, YouTube and DV360 
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze raw data, identify true insight and develop actionable recommendations. A natural affinity with numbers is a must. 
  • An active interest in digital media and how digital innovation is driving change. 
  • Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration; but also capable of working independently when needed. 
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills - ability to think on your feet. 
  • A self-motivated individual who is organized and can manage multiple publisher conversations at the same time.
