About Creative Futures
Creative Futures is a different kind of creative team. We work in unison with our media teams combining creative, data, technology and paid media to make work that connects with culture - executing on every channel through advertising campaigns and brand partnerships.
In the UK, we are a team of 45 strategists, creatives, designers, developers, video editors, producers and partnership specialists.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for leading, inspiring and growing a passionate and talented design and video team. You’ll ensure best practice and creative excellence in every aspect of delivering work to our clients.


You’ll be working across multiple clients and projects and will ensure the smooth delivery of work on time and on brief. You will be responsible for managing the design processes, articulating clearly your design direction and supporting this with ‘hands-on’ involvement.


You’ll be able to easily develop good working relationships with our clients, shaping their understanding of our design practice to both broaden and deepen our remit. You’ll foster strong relationships internally, across the Creative Futures team and the wider agency (presenting updates and work case studies).


You’ll work closely with the conceptual team demonstrating creative flair, versatility and imagination in developing ideas into powerful visuals. You’ll generate design solutions and ideas that respond to each client’s needs and will ensure that our work is meticulously aligned to brand guidelines - challenging these if appropriate. 


You’ll have a keen sense of curiosity, a professional attitude and patience, as you help develop junior members of the team, contributing your thoughts and ideas.


This role will be managing a team of three and reports into the Creative Director. It is a great step up for an experienced senior designer looking to set the standard and lead a small and nimble team.


  • 8+ years of hands-on design experience at agencies
  • A passion for all things digital design
  • Excellent motion graphic, typography and layout skills
  • Experience working across a wide range of digital channels and formats from display and social to DooH and video graphics
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, lllustrator, AfterEffects) Sketch/Figma. Premiere Pro experience is a big plus.
  • Experience working across digital ad campaigns, producing design assets and key creative deliverables for projects and pitches
  • Your presentation skills and storytelling are second to none as you explain and rationalise your design solutions to clients - presenting to both internal and external stakeholders where appropriate


  • A solid conceptual approach to explore creative ideas before design
  • A good understanding on Gen AI technologies

  • You don’t accept the status quo and know how to tactfully challenge inappropriate ideas and solutions
  • You are able to build and manage relationships with internal teams and clients
