Insights Manager - Global Insights Team

About Learn X: Learn X extracts large amounts of data via the world’s most robust connections to media ecosystems such as Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc., and feeds a creative scoring process, which allows us to see in real-time which ads conform to platform best practices and which do not as well as in-flight analytics feature which allows us to spot trends in the data. This data will also be fed into an advanced AI modelling program which will in turn help to feed the future of scoring customised to each brand and market.

 

Job Purpose: As a Research Manager, you will lead the operational success of our new global hub of excellence, driving the use of Learn X globally. This tool is critical for dissecting and understanding the creative components that contribute to the success of advertising campaigns for one of our chief global clients.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation and integration of the AI tool within wider global insights frameworks and products. 
  • Act as an overall ambassador for the Lean X workstream, supporting socialisation and adoption globally.  
  • Manage a team of research executives to deliver high-quality insights on advertising creative performance as a centralised global hub of subject matter experts.
  • Design and execute comprehensive studies leveraging the tool to evaluate creative effectiveness quantitatively and drive creative excellence.  
  • Synthesize complex data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations for clients. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing expert guidance. 
  • Contribute to the integration of Learn X into wider global insights priorities and initiatives. 
  • Support and act as an ambassador for Learn X capabilities being applied beyond TCCC for the wider WPP agencies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (in Statistics, Psychology, or a related field preferred) 

4+ years of experience in a quantitative market research agency with a focus on creative evaluation. 

Demonstrated leadership in managing research projects and teams. 

In-depth knowledge of AI applications in market research and creative analysis. 

Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills.
