The Client




Suntory (best known for iconic brands Lucozade and Ribena) is a brilliant client to work with – challenging EssenceMediacom to deliver best-in-class media strategy and creative thinking, whilst also looking to explore the new and different. This is a particularly exciting year as they launch their new alcohol RTD -196, with more category expansion on the way, which will be a really interesting part of the portfolio to work on.




Pentland also has a multitude of exciting well-known brands such as Speedo, Berghaus and Kickers. You’ll be working across the brand space for some of their best-known brands coming up with fresh, exciting campaigns to support the amazing content and partnerships they have developed. 


The Role


As Account Director, you are critical to the delivery of this ambition; working closely with the Senior Associate Director, you will be a key interface for our clients and lead planning projects from start to finish, acting as the conduit who brings together our specialists to deliver exceptional work.


Providing genuine knowledge and specialism to businesses who are in the process of seeing significant growth and need consultation and advice on how to take their business to the next level. This requires smart, forward-thinking individuals who have a passion for media and drive to deliver success for their clients.

Who are you?

You are a team-leader/inspirer who demonstrates a passion for their craft and a constant drive to expand your knowledge of the communications landscape and your client’s business. You have significant and relevant experience in comms planning, as well as media and measurement knowledge across multiple channels, and a keen eye for detail. You will have strong client-facing skills and the ability to position yourself as a commercially minded, trusted advisor to clients.
