The Role

 

 

The objective: creating brilliant, creative, digitally driven, insight-led and accountable communications that deliver business growth for EssenceMediacom and lead the industry. You are responsible for building a skilled, motivated and future proof team who want to develop their career in the industry.   

 

It is an incredibly exciting time to join our digital-first business and you will be tackling key strategic challenges of digital and data integration, to power marketing communications that create competitive advantage.

 

The Digital SAD is a key role within the team and will be the day-to-day client lead who can make this account their own. We are looking for candidates who are dynamic, passionate & brilliant at developing client relationships.

 

The main client will be Sofology. This role will be part of a team working with Digital Director and multiple AD’s/AM’s/Planners, not to mention the specialist teams across this patch of accounts. We will have a huge focus on innovation & digital excellence and this role will be a brilliant opportunity to develop the wholebrain approach that is central to the agency vision.   

 

Joining our team as a Senior digital specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape of our brand. You will be responsible for devising and implementing cutting-edge digital strategies that drive growth, enhance customer acquisition, and solidify our position as a market leader in the furniture retail sector. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering outstanding results and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and digital excellence.

Who are you?

 

You have excellent leadership capability, both internally within the agency and with senior clients, and experience of leading large teams will be usful.

 

You are analytical with an inquisitive mindset and a genuine passion for the industry and world of media advertising! 

 

You have a deep and detailed understanding of communications planning with experience identifying the role-for-role for paid, owned, and earned media channels, and their contribution to business outcomes, both brand and performance. You hold exceptional, extensive digital knowledge, including across Search and Social specialisms.  

 

You have creative flair to enable campaign ideas to stand out and cut through a cluttered marketplace and engaging communication ability, having led cross-agency teams.
