Studio X Media Operations Lead

Responsibilities of the role

 

  • Oversee multiple markets in East Europe (23) acting as a trusted advisor for the Regional Coca-Cola Medial Lead.
  • Line manage Audience Activators whose key responsibility is ensuring that local activations align with the strategy created by StudioX Europe teams.
  • Address major structural changes within the region, ensuring teams are on track and supporting commercial and scope oversight of markets.
  • Ensure WOW alignment across different teams and processes.

 

  • Support EU Media Operations directors with specific requests and keep them informed about ongoing projects and hot topics.
  • Solve hot topics and challenges that arise, ensuring smooth operations and strategy implementation.

 

Implementation Excellence:

 

  • Be highly knowledgeable in media planning and buying excellence across the markets within the cluster.
  • Gather and enforce principles for best practice across planning & buying for offline/online.
  • Coach and mentor the team of implementational managers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with Category Leads, Strategists, Capability Leads and the wider WPP team on big award-winning ideas.
  • Actively participate in building E2E planning and buying processes across clusters.

 

Learning Agenda:

 

  • Identify workstreams within The Coca-Cola Company CX’s team to elevate learning across the network on various topics, including media planning and buying guidelines, attention planning, and media vendors showcase.

 

People Management:

 

  • Daily management and mentoring of East Audience Activators
  • Conduct 360 reviews and design clear career paths for direct reports.
  • Ensure workloads are managed and priortised according to the client's needs and SLAs.

 

What You Will Bring:

 

Skills:

Extensive experience in campaign planning & implementation.

 

  • Proven management experience in teams of planners & buyers across offline and online media.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills
  • Local planning and buying experience with a strong background in AV.
  • FMCG or CPG experience is a plus.
