As Digital marketing executive, you are responsible for ensuring you and your team are delivering effective KPI hitting campaigns and ensuring best in class consistent implementation, optimisation and reporting. The channel focus will span across paid social, Whilst this is a digitally focused role, it is important to understand how these channels interplay with offline channels to create holistic campaigns.

In this role you will be developing a combination of strategic, creative and analytical skills. The role requires that you have an acute attention to detail and you are excited to work with market leading technologies. Most importantly, you will be passionate about and driven to deepen your knowledge of all things digital media.
As a Digital Marketing executive, your responsibilities will include: 
  • Plan, create and manage digital campaigns across a variety of channels (Google Ads, Paid Social)
  • Measure, refine & report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against KPIs
  • Monitor campaign and traffic performance on Google Analytics
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend based on performance
  • Work closely with internal & external teams to establish the digital marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with Account Teams to develop digital plans that support client objectives
  • Identify growth opportunities and ensure efficiency
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role in a digital agency or media shop
  • Good knowledge of PPC platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok
  • Knowledge of the Direct / Premium Display marketing is considered a plus
  • Knowledge of SEO is considered a plus (but is totally optional)

  • Good communications skills
  • Have an excellent eye for detail
  • Have the ability to work independently as well as in a team-based environment
  • Ability to work multitasking under high pressure.
  • Have excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Fluent English, both oral and written
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or Business Administration
  • Effectively handle tight deadlines, unexpected delays, revisions, ad hoc requests and shifting of priorities
