• Spearheading the preparation and meticulous management of financial reports.
• Engaging in meticulous budget planning to optimize financial resources effectively.
• Conducting comprehensive financial planning and analytics to inform strategic decision-making processes.
• Offering invaluable insights to guide strategic initiatives and pivotal decision-making steps.
• Providing strategic input on financial matters to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
• Acting as a liaison and adeptly managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, both domestically and internationally, spanning our offices in India and beyond.
• Vigilantly overseeing compliance efforts and remaining abreast of industry regulatory changes to ensure adherence to best practices and legal requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience of 7-10 years in administrative support roles, preferably in a finance or accounting environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and financial software applications.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
• Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
