VFX Training Coordinator

Description:
A Training coordinator manages training resources, information and assists with scheduling and planning events and training activities. You will be assisting our heads of department in elaborating training strategies and putting a training programme in place. This role would be well suited to an educator or technical artist looking to begin or advance their career in VFX & animation by supporting and working alongside a diverse & experienced team of experts.
The Role:
- Work closely with the Trainers and Schedule training sessions
- You will be helping with elaborating and maintaining training materials on our corporate intranet, doing such things as processing video recordings, storing them in the correct places, formatting pages on our training site
- Research & compile existing materials, internal & external
- Organise & structure training materials & pages in a consistent, accessible manner
- Refine & improve presentation, visibility and awareness of existing training resources
- Learning Management System reports for all the departments
- Wrangle & support training invitees
- Track attendance, gather feedback & generate reports
- Assist new hire on-boarding
- Publishing and maintaining a weekly training calendar for all the departments.
- Maintain training room and inventory (flip charts, writing board, stationary etc)
- Giving basic regularly held classes like, G Suite, JIRA, Dnet, email etiquette etc
- This is a role with significant potential for growth
Must Have
- Basic Knowledge of how Animation and VFX industry work
- Good English Communication Skills
- Experience/Knowledge with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Diploma or equivalent education
- Aptitude for learning new software
Nice to Have
- Photoshop skills
- Content Creation Skills
- Knowledge of Confluence
