Position Summary:
The Digital Content Intern will support the Digital Content team by executing Amazon-focused content testing and optimization initiatives. The intern will assist with designing and managing A/B experiments across product copy and imagery, and translate learnings into actionable content updates to improve content effectiveness and conversion performance. The intern will also conduct regular content audits to identify gaps and opportunities across the Amazon catalog, providing recommendations to strengthen product detail page (PDP) content (e.g., copy enhancements, image carousel improvements). In parallel, the intern will help develop scalable retailer content playbooks that capture channel requirements and best practices for Amazon and additional retailers (e.g., Ulta, Target).
Responsibilities:
• Perform audits of the Amazon catalog to identify content gaps and opportunities (e.g., missing images, weak or inconsistent bullets, incomplete attributes, outdated claims).
• Create clear, prioritized recommendations for improving product detail page content, and support execution of content updates (copy and asset change requests, quality assurance review, and documentation).
• Support A/B testing, leveraging AI tools, across copy and imagery by helping manage a test backlog, drafting test briefs, tracking inputs and results, and summarizing learnings and next-step recommendations for key stakeholders.
• Support targeted content refreshes for priority and mid-tier products, improving clarity, consistency, and retail readiness while maintaining brand standards.
• Help develop retailer content playbooks and content governance documentation by gathering channel requirements, documenting best practices, and building repeatable quality-check checklists and workflows.
• Maintain organized trackers for content changes, assets, and tests; share concise weekly status updates on progress, risks, and upcoming priorities.
• Conduct competitor content benchmarking for priority product categories to identify content patterns and opportunities (imagery conventions, key claims, module usage, attribute completeness).
