Position Summary
Cuisinart is building a more globally integrated product organization—where innovation is architected for worldwide scalability from day one.
We are seeking a highly structured and execution-driven Globalization Manager to serve as the Product organization’s Center of Excellence for globalization standards.
This role ensures global compliance requirements, regional needs, and standardized data processes are embedded into product development across all categories. This individual will sit on the Product Team and drive consistent global readiness practices—reducing rework, accelerating launch timelines, and enabling scalable platforms.
This is a cross-category role with broad influence and high operational impact.

Key Responsibilities
Global Standards Ownership
  • Own and maintain standardized global readiness requirements across regions (US, UK, AUS, CAN, MEX).
  • Consolidate regulatory, electrical, labeling, packaging, and documentation requirements into unified development checklists.
  • Ensure global compliance considerations are embedded into stage-gate deliverables.
Embed Global Thinking Upstream
  • Partner with Product, Industrial Design, and Engineering teams to incorporate global market needs into briefs and early concept reviews.
  • Promote platform scalability versus single-region customization where appropriate.
  • Flag regional conflicts or constraints before design freeze.
Global Systems & Data Standardization
  • Lead development and implementation of a single standardized global item setup form across regional systems.
  • Ensure consistent product data integrity across PLM, ERP, and regional systems.
  • Drive adoption of standardized documentation practices across teams.
Governance & Execution Discipline
  • Product organization’s point of contact for global readiness questions & escalation.
  • Ensure adherence to global readiness processes and drive corrective action where needed.
  • Support leadership reporting on global launch readiness and risk exposure.

  • One unified global item setup process adopted across regions.
  • Reduced late-stage compliance and documentation issues.

  • Faster, cleaner global product launches.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in product development, regulatory coordination, portfolio operations, or global commercialization.
  • Experience working across international markets and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with PLM/ERP systems and product data management.
  • Strong process orientation with exceptional follow-through.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Ability to take calls early mornings and evenings as necessary to ensure alignment with the global teams – especially in APAC region.

Environmental Factors
  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
  • This role requires Stamford, CT office on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays.
