Position Summary
Amazon Vendor Central Content & Delivery Coordinator is responsible for the setup, maintenance, optimization, and compliance of product listings within Amazon Vendor Central (1P retail). This role ensures new products are accurately launched, content is fully optimized for conversion on existing products, and listing issues are resolved quickly through cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate combines operational precision with strong eCommerce content and SEO knowledge. Scope of work is across banner of Conair Brands (Conair, Cuisinart, BaByliss Pro and Waring).
Primary Responsibilities
Product Setup & Catalog Management
- Upload and launch new products in Amazon Vendor Central, ensuring accuracy across item setup fields, attributes, variations, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain catalog integrity by auditing listings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to Amazon retail standards.
- Monitor and resolve catalog errors, data inconsistencies, and suppressed listings.
- Variation monitoring & ongoing catalog maintenance.
Issue Resolution & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Manage and resolve content-related errors including Andon Cords, compliance flags, contribution conflicts, and detail page suppressions.
- Coordinate cross-functionally (XF) with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Regulatory, Packaging, and Supply Chain teams to collect required assets and documentation.
- Submit and track cases within Vendor Central to ensure timely issue resolution and minimal sales disruption.
Content Optimization & Enhancement
- Upload and partner with content pod to optimize:
- Above-the-fold imagery (main images, alternate images, infographics, lifestyle visuals)
- Below-the-fold A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content modules)
- Product titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords, and search terms
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines while maximizing discoverability and conversion.
- Partner with creative teams to implement image enhancements using optimization tools and best practices.
Sales & Content Support
- Support Sales and Content teams with listing optimization initiatives, including:
- Keyword research and search term analysis
- Competitive content benchmarking
- Market trend analysis
- Conversion rate optimization recommendations
- Assist in preparing listings for promotional events, seasonal launches, and retail programs.
- Monitor content performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience managing Amazon Vendor Central (1P retail).
- Strong understanding of Amazon catalog structure, SEO principles, and conversion optimization.
- Experience resolving Andon Cords, compliance issues, and listing suppressions.
- Familiarity with A+ Content creation and image/content best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Experience using keyword research and competitive analysis tools.
- Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer goods, personal care, beauty or culinary industry.
- Working knowledge of Amazon retail analytics tools.
- Familiarity with image enhancement or digital asset management systems.
Environmental Factors:
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
- This role requires Stamford, CT office on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays.
